How it works

   Book and pay

   2–3 minutes

   Choose a time that works for you and pay the ¥33,000 consultation fee securely by card. Your appointment is confirmed as soon as payment goes through — no waiting for a callback.

2. 2

   Video consultation

   10–15 minutes

   At your scheduled time, your doctor calls you by video. You'll describe your symptoms in English, be asked follow-up questions, and receive a diagnosis and treatment plan directly from a physician licensed in Japan.

3. 3

   Pick up your medicine

   Same day

   If a prescription is needed, we send it electronically to a pharmacy near where you're staying. Bring your passport when you collect it — Japanese pharmacies require ID for prescription medication.

   Receive your documents

   Within the hour

   An English medical certificate (if needed) and an itemized receipt for your insurance arrive by email after your consultation — no extra request or extra charge required.

If you need in-person care

Not everything can be safely handled by video. If your doctor determines that your condition needs a physical examination, imaging, or lab work, they will tell you directly and point you to appropriate in-person care nearby. We would rather say so plainly than pretend a video call can do more than it can.
