- Payment Timing
- Payment is completed at the time of booking. Your appointment is confirmed once secure online payment has been processed.
- Provision of Services
- Online consultations are provided at the scheduled appointment time after the booking is confirmed.
- Cancellations and Refunds
- You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 10 minutes before its start time, using the link in your booking confirmation email. If you cancel by that deadline, we refund the amount you paid minus a ¥2,000 cancellation fee; the refund goes back to the card used for payment, usually within 5–10 business days. Less than 10 minutes before the start time, the appointment can no longer be cancelled or rescheduled from that link, and cancellations made after this deadline are not refunded. In that case, please contact us by email. If you do not join the consultation at the scheduled time without cancelling (no-show), the fee is not refunded. Refunds are not available after the consultation has taken place. If the cancellation is due to a clinic-related issue (such as a system error or duplicate charge), a full refund will be issued.
