Tax included. Paid once, at the time of booking.
What's included
- • A video consultation with a licensed, English-speaking physician in Japan
- • A prescription sent electronically to a pharmacy near you, if needed
- • An English medical certificate and fit-to-fly letter, if needed
- • An itemized English receipt for your travel insurance claim
We don't charge separately for documents. If your consultation includes a certificate or receipt, it's part of the ¥33,000 fee.
Not included
The cost of any medication prescribed. You pay the pharmacy directly when you pick up your prescription — this is separate from the consultation fee and its price is set by the pharmacy, not by us.
Payment methods
We accept major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available on supported devices and browsers.
When you pay
Payment is completed at the time of booking. Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been processed.
Cancellations & refunds
- • If you cancel before your consultation begins, we refund your payment minus the payment processing fee.
- • Refunds are not available once the consultation has taken place.
- • If a cancellation is caused by an error on our side — a system error or a duplicate charge — we issue a full refund.
